HOA & HOA Management Company

Othello Station North are managed by two HOAs. New Holly is the Master's Association & Othello Station North (OSN) is the sub-association.

All guidelines of OSN must fit inline with parameters of New Holly. Your HOA dues paid to Othello Station North HOA includes the Master's Association dues.
