Othello Station North community,
We will be having Sound Cleaning out the week of February 22nd – 26th for gutter cleaning.
The tentative schedule for gutter cleaning is below. Please note that it could change depending on wether to where they may do fewer or more buildings per day.
- Monday (2/22/21) Buildings: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5
- Tuesday (2/23/21) Buildings: 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11
- Wednesday (2/24/21) Buildings: 14, 15, 16, 17, 33
- Thursday (2/25/21) Buildings: 1, 3, 4 East-side buildings by Holly Park Drive-South
- Friday (2/26/21) Buildings: 5, 6, 7, 8 East-side by Holly Park Drive-South
Below are the guidelines for gutter cleaning so please read carefully:
- They will be on site from approximately 9am – 4pm, weather permitting.
- Please remove/cover any exterior furniture, including BBQs, personal items, mats, shoes, etc., to avoid debris falling on them.
- The cleaning crews may enter your deck for cleaning purposes only.
- Please close windows/sliding doors to avoid debris entering your home.
- You, as the resident, are responsible for moving your vehicle off the driveway or 10 ft. away. You still may get some debris on your vehicle if it is close, however.
Sound Cleaning will not be held responsible for any items damaged due to failure to properly secure or move items stated above.
